How it works

When a personal help button is pressed, SEVEN dials out using the mobile network and sends an alert to a response centre. You’ll hear a reassuring voice message, and two-way communication can begin if needed.

SEVEN is constantly checking its own status, with automated tests and voice messages to keep you informed.

On button press, the outer rim will flash red to show the alert has been received by the SEVEN base unit.

Alert Received
SEVEN will play a loud alarm sound and the Help button will illuminate red.

SEVEN sends the alert to the monitoring centre and informs the user with a voice message.

Two-way communication
Once responders connect, they can talk to the user via the SEVEN’s built-in speakerphone.

  • Manufactured with 5% less plastic material than previous EVE base unit.
  • SEVEN is lead free, with recyclable packaging that uses food safe inks.

  • Capable of running solely off its battery pack for over 40 hours in ideal conditions.
  • Industrial grade NiMH battery pack, automatically rechargeable in under 24 hours, and replaceable if required. Regular battery maintenance (every 90 days) ensures high capacity and life of battery.
  • Low capacity battery packs detected and reported. Missing or non-functioning battery pack reported. Low battery warning following mains failure report at approximately 20% of capacity remaining.
