SmartCare® Response is a monitoring App for connecting family and friends to the users of Chiptech personal emergency response systems (PERS).
SmartCare Locate
A multi-redundant secure web application the plots location data from Chiptech mPERS products on a map so a device user can be located during an emergency.
SmartCare Cloud
The fleet management platform for Chiptech data reporting products. SmartCare Cloud enables our customers to cost effectively manage their devices, including downloading logs files and scheduling updates.
Chiptech Wizard
Installed as a desktop application, the Wizard connects to Chiptech base units, either via a cable or remotely, to upload and download information.
SmartCare Relay
An IP receiver that acknowledges and passes reports to third party monitoring software. Operating as a service, it connects internet and cellular data reporting PERS devices using the Contact ID Comma Separated Values (CSV) protocol to monitoring software.
SmartCare Heartbeat
Hosted on an external network or supplied as a service by Chiptech, regular heartbeat messages are sent to monitoring software to confirm it is still available and able to pass data. Includes auto generated alerting for loss of communication.
