Adi Temperature Extreme Sensor supports people by monitoring environmental conditions and providing an alert when the temperature becomes too high or too low, or when there is a rapid rise in temperature.

Dual function
The Adi Temperature Extreme Sensor monitors environmental temperatures and alerts when conditions become too hot, too cold, or change rapidly. An integrated Help Button also enables the user to quickly request assistance when required.
Easy installation
Adi Temperature Extreme can be installed with foam-back tape or screws, no wiring is required.
Low battery reporting
When Adi’s battery reaches 20% of its capacity, Adi automatically sends a report so that the battery can be replaced ensuring continuous operation.

How it works
Adi Temperature Extreme Sensor monitors for potentially unsafe temperature conditions and alerts a monitoring service when:
• Temperatures remain above 36°C or below 10°C for a sustained period.
• A rapid increase in temperature is detected, which may indicate a developing hazard.
Alert
Adi detects the temperature is too high/low or there is a rapid rise.
Alert Received
SEVEN receives the alert and sends a report to the monitoring centre.
Restore
A signal is sent to SEVEN when the temperature is restored to safe levels.
Button Press
Adi Button can also be used to activate a Help alert.
Button can be used to summon Help
A single grey 15mm soft button in the center of the case for efficient pairing and range testing.
Button is recessed to prevent false activations, but easy to press with tactile feedback when the button is activated.
Adi’s light ring will illuminate and flash when the transmission from a button press has been confirmed by the SEVEN base unit.
0˚C to + 50˚C
Operates reliably in temperatures ranging from 0°C to 50°C, making it suitable for a wide range of indoor environments.
Safety Monitoring
Alerts a monitoring service when temperatures exceed 36°C for 10 minutes, fall below 10°C for 20 minutes, or rise rapidly by 30°C within 30 minutes or 15°C within 5 minutes.
Install for success
For accurate temperature readings, install Adi Temperature Extreme Sensor away from direct sunlight, heat sources, drafts, and airflow.
Mount the device 1.5–2 metres above the floor and avoid external brick or concrete walls, which can affect temperature measurement accuracy.

The case design is stylish and discrete, designed for easy installation while providing environmental protection.

- Lithium coin cell. 950 mAh with a CR2477N
- Battery Life: The battery is replaceable by an authorised person either onsite or during servicing. The estimated life is five years based on five activations per day and seven-hourly test transmissions to the base unit.
- Battery Warning: Unless essential for installation, do not attempt to open Adi. It contains a lithium coin cell battery that can cause severe or fatal injuries in 2 hours or less if it is swallowed or placed inside any part of the body. The battery is hazardous and is to be kept away from children. If you suspect someone has swallowed or inserted a coin cell battery, contact your local poison centre immediately.
