Door Sensor

Provides an early alert for doors opening unexpectedly.
Our Adi Door Sensor is designed to oversee the well-being of those facing cognitive challenges, proactively addressing the risk of extended absences during both day and night.
It supports people in a range of lifestyle scenarios by providing an alert either when someone leaves a room or property, when a door is left open accidentally, or as an early security warning when a door is opened unexpectedly.
Features
Dual function
While the primary function of Adi Door is to provide an indication of whether a door is open or closed and highlight a potential risk, Adi Door also features a Help/Duress Button that can be used to summon assistance.
Easy installation
Adi Door and the associated magnet can be attached to the door and frame using with foam pads or screws, with no wiring required.
Low battery reporting
When the Adi Door battery reaches 20% capacity, it automatically sends a report so that the battery can be proactively replaced, ensuring continuous operation.

Who is it for?
Adi Door enables people with dementia or cognitive impairment to live supported and safely in the community. When Adi Door is activated, swift and appropriate measures can be taken to check on the safety of a person, including helping them to return to their home environment.
The ability for Adi Door to prompt a rapid response, not only reduces the emotional and physical burden of caring for someone prone to leaving home unassisted but also reduces the risk of them coming to any harm.

Alert Handling and Response Processes
Designed for easy installation, Adi Door Sensor detects when the matching door-mounted magnet moves away from or towards it, and wirelessly signals to the SEVEN base unit as the door opens or closes.
The SEVEN base unit can action these signals within configurable time periods and activation delays. This allows
Adi Door Sensor to be tailored to individual needs, for example:
- Only activating during certain times of the day or night.
- Sending a report only when a door has been left open for a defined period.
- Sending either audible (Help) or silent (Duress) alarm reports from the Help button.
