Graeme Moore, Managing Director, initially developed a retail business based in Christchurch to manufacture, distribute and install monitored medical alarms. Chiptech Ltd was subsequently established as the manufacturing arm, and when the retail business was sold in 2002, Graeme focussed attention on designing and building quality electronic products. His vision has defined the Chiptech philosophy – 'Invent the Ideal'.

Abby Moore B.Sc., Diploma of CGD, Marketing and Sales, joined the company in 2006 as a full-time employee. She is involved in the training, support, sales and marketing of Chiptech's new and existing product range.

Pauline Image, Office Manager, has worked alongside the Managing Director since 1995, firstly in the retail operation, and now with Chiptech. She offers a great depth of knowledge and skills in many areas, and is responsible for the company's administration.
