Trouble Timer Transmitter

This transmitter uses proven Passive Infrared (PIR) technology to detect movement in the area it is installed. If no movement occurs within a preset period of time (typically 14 hours) then this Trouble Timer Transmitter sends an emergency TT signal to the base unit. The base unit sounds a pre-alarm and then dials the monitoring station. This transmitter is installed in an area frequently used by the customer, such as the kitchen. It does not need to be wired, but does need to be plugged into a power outlet. Typical range of 30-50m from the base unit when inside a house. Typical transmitter battery life is 5 years. The system is self-testing when used with the base unit.

The Trouble Timer Transmitter system is patented by Chiptech Limited.
