Smartcare software, partnered with Chiptech PRUDOC receivers, offers a unique solution that provides efficient monitoring and testing capabilities for monitoring companies wanting to offer leading edge service and technology now and into the future.
Custom modules can be created by Chiptech to output the data for almost any format or interface.
Smartcare Service runs in the background on the monitoring server or a standalone computer. Smartcare Service stays in constant communication with the receivers, storing events in a database and passing them on as required. Smartcare Control allows the Smartcare Service to be configured and monitored on the server computer or accessed and changed remotely by the administrator.
Smartcare Office can be run on one or more computers and allows data to be viewed in a variety of ways. It has an easy to use filtering feature to allow activations and events from tests or demonstrations to be kept separate from the emergency monitoring operations.
The integration of the software with the receiver will enable the system to support future advanced features, such as sending and viewing medical data, or communicating over the internet. Backwards compatible with Chiptech MIRDOC receivers.
