Following the 22 February earthquake in Christchurch which deeply affected our city and our people, we would like to take the time on this Memorial Day to acknowledge the event and those whose lives have been lost.
Thank you to all our customers and suppliers who expressed their concern and gave their support. The phone calls and messages were very much appreciated, and lifted our spirits during this trying time.
Thankfully everyone at Chiptech is safe and well, as are our friends and families. Our building looks a bit worse for wear in places, but was declared safe two days after the earthquake, allowing us time to clean up before we were back in business the following Monday 1st March.
Our thoughts are with all those who have lost loved ones.
